DISC 63 is a circular 63mm coffee filter made using the SIBARIST FAST or B3 Specialty Coffee Filter technologies suitable for Immersion & press coffee maker and Moka pots.
The FAST technology provides to the immersion device high permeability filtration offering greater flow and fast extraction. Main upgrade is the full control over the flow when pressing, this encourages to explore new recipes and grind profiles (ultra fine) which have been limited until now, offering high extractions and full bodied but clean cup on the same time, with the characteristic FAST technology silky mouthfeel.
The B3 unique material thickness and low porosity provides sweeter and clean cups. This filter allows you to get a perfect balance with your coffee.
The B3 Technology has been developed together with Matt Winton (2021 World Brewers Cup Champion) during a whole year prototyping and testing.
DISC can be also used with the Moka Pot maker (3-6 cups) to provide cleaner cups free from sediments, with better coffee puck yield, even extractions, improved flow and achieving higher extraction with similar grind profiles.
