Every harvest from the Finca Takesi reflects years of dedication, innovation, and an incredible amount of hard work. Over the past eight years, we've been fortunate to build a close partnership with the legendary Mariana Iturralde and her team, sharing in their pursuit of producing some of the world's most remarkable coffees. We're proud to be the only Canadian roaster, and one of just six worldwide, with access to this extraordinary farm.

Coffee grown at Takesi is shaped by one of the most extreme coffee-growing environments on Earth. The cool mountain climate encourages slow cherry maturation, while steep terrain and demanding conditions require remarkable care throughout every stage of production. It's a place where patience and precision are rewarded in every cup.

This sought-after blend combines Red and Yellow Catuai, two Catuai varieties that blend together harmoniously. Together they create a balanced, expressive cup with vibrant fruit, elegant structure, and the unmistakable clarity that has become synonymous with Takesi.
