BOOSTER 45 is a precision-engineered stainless steel mesh filter, specifically designed for flat-bottom brewers with a 45 mm base diameter to enhance extraction concentration and optimize drawdown flow rates.
Placed between the paper filter and the base of the dripper, it increases the contact points beneath the coffee bed, improving water dynamics to achieve a faster and more even flow rate. This allows you to use a finer grind size for your extraction, resulting in higher extraction yields while preventing channeling, ultimately bringing out a smoother, sweeter, and more refined coffee flavor.
Developed in collaboration with the 2021 World Brewers Cup Champion, Matt Winton, this product aims to strike the ideal balance between surface contact area and free-flow space, providing stable and controllable extraction performance for flat-bottom brewing.
