Precision Flow Control Tool for Flat-Bottom Drippers
PROFILERS are a set of precision-engineered stainless steel filter discs designed specifically for flat-bottom drippers with a 45 mm base diameter. They modify the contact surface area, adjust extraction intensity, and optimize both water inflow and drainage flow.
By adjusting the ratio of open-hole to contact area, each Profiler allows you to finely tune flow rates, extraction yields, flavor profile, and clarity without needing to change your dripper.
Each Profiler features a different aperture percentage (25% to 85%), enabling you to freely experiment and define the sweetness, body, and balance of every cup. Co-developed with professional baristas, this tool is ideal for flavor experimentation, recipe development, and precise extraction control.

Instructions

Place the Profiler at the bottom of the dripper, ensuring it lies flat.

Place the filter paper on top and wet it thoroughly to ensure it adheres tightly to the disc.
