Founded with the ambitious vision of proving that Bolivia could produce some of the world's finest specialty coffee, Takesi has done exactly that. Today, Monogram is proud to be the only Canadian roaster, and one of just six worldwide, with access to these remarkable coffees.

Perched high in the Bolivian Andes, Takesi is the highest coffee farm in the world. The extreme altitude means coffee cherries ripen incredibly slowly, allowing more time for sugars, florals, and vibrant fruit character to develop.
