Reminding us of our favourite anaerobic washed processed coffees, this coffee has a sweetness that reminds us of honeydews and a juicy citric acidity. It is a land well known for the mineral soils that produce unique terroirs to the coffees. The quality of this coffee is enhanced by organic handling and protection of the soil with natives species that provides shadow and good nutrients asimilation to the coffee.
