Abu [GN6265] - Panama

Our Abu Geisha 6265, produced by José Luttell in Canas Verde, in the Boquete region, belongs to a category of coffee that redefines the boundaries. Grown at an altitude of over 1550 meters, this Geisha benefits from an environment where slow maturation and a rich aromatic profile can fully develop. The choice of a natural process further accentuates this dimension: fermentation, fruit, and floral notes intertwine to create a particularly expressive cup.

The coffee opens with a juicy, almost liquid profile, very cherry-like, with a sensation of ripe, tangy red fruit. Then the pineapple gradually takes over, more exotic, more tropical, bringing a strong acidity and a touch of sweetness. As it cools, the cup becomes more floral, clearer, the rose emerging with greater clarity, lending that delicate and fragrant signature of Panamanian geishas.
