Los Lajones Porton [GN #23109] - Panama

Our Geisha Naturel lot 23109 comes from Los Lajones, Graciano Cruz's farm, in the Boquete region of Panama. The property itself is very interesting. Much of its land remains forested, and coffee plantations occupy the higher elevations. Graciano Cruz's approach is built around traditional processing methods, with a focus on working with the coffee without trying to make it artificially spectacular. The principle is rather to give the fruit and the variety enough time to express what they have to say.

It is no coincidence that the farm regularly appears in the Best of Panama rankings.
